Isolating diodes conduct the charging current of an alternator into two different and separate batteries. This ensures that one battery is completely isolated from another. The starter battery thus remains completely separate from other consumer batteries. Unintentional discharge is ruled out. The starter battery retains its charge even if other batteries are completely discharged. Isolating diode with 1 input and 2 outputs.
