Can I change the payment method afterwards?
After completing your order, it is unfortunately no longer possible to change the selected payment method. Please choose your preferred payment option directly during the checkout process.
How will I receive my invoice?
Your invoice is included with your delivery in paper form. This way, you have all the relevant information readily available.
What happens with a refund – to which account is the money sent?
The refund is always processed through the same payment method you used for your order. A transfer to another account is not possible.
How long does it take for a refund to arrive?
The processing time depends on our internal review and the respective payment provider. Usually, the amount is credited to your account within a maximum of 5 business days.
