40 mm Carbo Ratsch blocks

Carbo Ratchets allow the sailor to hold a sheet under load by hand, for the right balance of holding power and controlled yawing. The nylon resin stringers are reinforced with densely layered long glass fibers to create a compact block with a high load-to-mass ratio. The milled washers are Hard Lube anodized for strength and corrosion resistance. The eight bevels hold the sheet securely. The free-running ball bearing, sheave and cheeks are blackened for maximum protection. 40 mm The 40 mm ratchets are ideal for jib and spinnaker sheets where small mass and size are critical.
