The IC-M73EURO replaces the previous IC-M71, which always convinced professional users in terms of high AF performance, robust housing, proven reliability, waterproofness and compactness. The IC-M73EURO also offers you (in the "PLUS" version) such interesting features as an active noise canceller function to improve the voice quality and a last call voice recording to save the last incoming call. The Last Call Voice Recording function automatically saves the last incoming call for up to 1 minute. You can also start the recording manually. This way you will never miss an important call. Active Noise Cancelling Technology (with "PLUS" version) You hear better and clearer! Whether it's engine noise, the roar of the wind or breaking waves, Icom's Noise Cancelling technology digitally removes background noise and ensures a clear transmission of your voice. Active Noise Cancelling also enhances incoming signals by improving voice quality as a result of DSP processing. Bass Boost function (on "PLUS" version)

Its internal speaker delivers loud 700mW AF power with clear sound. 6W output power The IC-M73EURO has a maximum transmit power of 6 watts, offering users an extended communication range. Its large capacity lithium-ion battery provides 16 hours of operation under normal conditions*. * Typical operation in 5:5:90 test ratio. 18 hours for basic version. IPX8 enhanced water protection The IC-M73EURO also continues to have Icom's best protection against water. The handheld radio can withstand immersion in 1.5 m of water for 30 minutes.
