With its buoyancy of 290 N, the Hurricane Evo lifejacket 290 N offers maximum safety for adults in the water. The 290 N lifejacket was developed for leisure activities in the open sea and/or in extreme weather conditions, where it is necessary to wait for rescue in very turbulent water for long periods of time. Equipped with an integrated safety harness, OYSTER SDC 2020 safety lock, HDPE polymer D-ring and a variety of other features, it fulfils the highest safety standards. Standard accessories such as sprayhood, inspection window, automatic emergency light, double crotch strap and a floating knife are already included.

In the event of a fall into the sea, the system comes into contact with water and automatically activates the inflation of the buoyancy chamber. However, the lifejacket can also be activated manually. The air can also be inflated and deflated manually via a mouth valve. In addition, the comfortable cut and the 3D buoyancy system of the 290 N lifejacket ensure rapid body rotation in the water.

With an actual buoyancy force of 290 N, the 290 N lifejacket not only fulfils coastal navigation regulations, but also ISO 12402-2 certified standards.
