Protection against contamination of drinking water

The Silvertex® system offers effective long-term protection for your fresh water system by reliably protecting against biofilm formation and thus preventing the contamination of drinking water. The use of pure silver ions (Ag+) ensures a safe and chemical-free solution.

How the Silvertex® system works

1. Solvatisation: Water molecules (H2O) release the silver ions (Ag+) from the silver-coated threads of the textile.


2. Fluidisation: The silver ions are evenly distributed in your fresh water system during movement, such as when filling or driving.


3. Contact surface: The mesh structure ensures a large silver-coated surface area, which enables rapid preservation of the entire fresh water system.
