The Simrad OP12 is a wired remote control designed specifically for seamless integration into your Simrad autopilot system. With its modern design and intuitive operation, it is the ideal solution for demanding boaters who value functionality and ease of use.

Main features

• Intuitive operation: The OP12 has waterproof silicone buttons that enable reliable operation even in harsh conditions. It responds even with wet or gloved fingers.


• Easy access: Special auto and standby buttons allow you to activate or deactivate the autopilot with a single press, giving you instant control.


• Course adjustments: Course changes are possible with just one push of a button, thanks to the two buttons for port and starboard that allow adjustments in increments of one or ten degrees.

Integration with IS42 display

The OP12 can be paired with the IS42 digital display to create a fully functional autopilot control panel. This combination allows the autopilot to be controlled from different positions on board, ideal for vessels with multiple helm stations.

Modern design

With a flat design of just eight millimetres in height, the OP12 blends harmoniously into the design of your Glass Helm devices. The compact size allows for flexible mounting, while the large buttons ensure easy operation even in difficult conditions.
