Black pigmented, solvent-based primer for paints and plastics
Sika® Primer-209 D is a black solvent-based primer that reacts with moisture and forms a thin layer (film-forming). This layer acts as a bonding agent between the substrate and the adhesive.
Sika® Primer-209 D has been specially developed for the pre-treatment of bonding surfaces in combination with Sikaflex® adhesives.
This primer shows excellent adhesion to certain plastic substrates even without prior use of Sika® Activator.
