Mr Hungry Bob
Here in the UK there are some fantastic, if not somewhat isolated, coves and beaches. Often only really accessible by dingy from the boat, or by a long, long trek on foot. Taking a folding gas double grill and a small gas cylinder was 'just' feasible for a 'hot' picnic and a small treat for all involved. These small 3.9kg and 4.5 kg lpg cylinders are now no longer available or refilled by the major lpg suppliers here and the 'next' size/s up (a 6kg and 7kg) are way too big and clumsy for the dingy. This Kerosene cooker is amazing! Its is so powerful and versatile. Its holds more than enough fuel to 'burn' all night. Easy and accurate to adjust the output. Extinguishes safely and cleanly immediately on demand. It also appears to burn 'clean' with a Blue Flame on reasonably good kerosene. No separate fuel can or cylinder needed, it has its own ample size fuel tank built in. So that's more room on the boat for beer! Left on after cooking it doubles as a very efficient space heater, nearly as nice as a real bonfire on the beach (which are now apparently 'frowned' on and discouraged). Highly recommended, many thanks.
