Compass 1K Primer

Compass 1K Primer is an all-purpose, one-component primer and enables adhesion for all Compass colour coats for above-water use. Recommended as a base coat with excellent adhesion to the base surface on GFRP, wood and steel in a one-component paint system. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The underlying surface must be dry, clean, free of grease & fat and undamaged beforehand. The surface must be sanded down before applying the primer and the sanding dust must be removed thoroughly. Mix the primer thoroughly before application. Time to wait until painting over: At least 8 hours, no more than a week. Recommended coats for new constructions: 2–3 coats. Recommended coats for refits: 1–2 coats. Coverage approx. 12 m²/litre. 750 ml Use biocidal products safely. Always read the label and product information before use.
