Heart pendant with silver/gold-plated chain

Inspired by the 'Titanic heart', this beautiful pendant including chain is probably the most famous jewelry heart in the world. The nine brilliant-cut zirconia stones and eight genuine blue sapphires, as well as the large synthetic sapphire cut in the shape of a heart, are set by hand. The matching chain is 45 cm long. The precious metal is 925/- silver with a high-quality gold plating.
