The plain bearing blocks are made of forged, surface-hardened aluminium cheeks. The discs are made of glass fibre-reinforced nylon, which ensures high stability, especially under static loads. These materials ensure that the block is robust and durable.
Versatile applications
The simple 45 mm element block is versatile thanks to its high working load of 700 kg. It is ideal for deflecting the mainsheet or as a halyard swivel at the foot of the mast.
Safety and functionality
Forged shackles and rotating stainless steel head pins ensure a secure attachment. The freely rotatable pin can be fixed in two positions, which offers additional flexibility and safety.
