This ‘anti-snatch’ device provides effective shock absorption on mooring warps and protects deck fittings from the effects of violent tugging. It has a unique in-built locking system which provides security and the effective locking of mooring lines. Made of indestructable rubber, it is UV and seawater resistant and can, under extreme conditions stretch to nearly double its original length.
