Delivery

 

7 days or less from receipt of your order if all goods are in stock (some heavy goods and items such as outboards and liferafts may take a little longer as they require inspection). We have calculated an average delivery charge of £ 7.50 per order (Channel Islands & Eire: £ 11.00) with an extra charge of £ 13.00 for heavy goods () (£ 30.00 for batteries and outboard motors). We are happy to deliver your goods abroad. The freight charge within the EU is £ 11.95 per order. Outside the EU, we will determine the freight cost and inform you before shipping. However, there is a handling charge of £ 5.00 per order and we cannot accept orders for under £ 50.00. Unfortunately, we cannot refund this extra charge should you wish to return the goods within your 14 days. We only charge you postage once per order, even if we send you more than one parcel. When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We´ll refund your money within 28 days or exchange the item if you prefer. 48-hour Delivery Service

 

All goods are offered subject to availability. If you call us before 10.30 a.m. with your order, we'll ship it the same day (providing it's in stock) and get it to you within the next two working days (excludes Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Eire). The surcharge per delivery is just £ 8.00 (non-refundable if goods are returned or exchanged).

 

Compass delivers "Just-in-Time"

 

We'll deliver on demand! Just tell us where and when and for a small extra charge (£ 8.00) we'll deliver if possible on the day of your choice, for example in 4 weeks when you return from your holiday (UK and weekdays only). This extra charge is not refundable should you wish to exchange or return the goods within your allotted 14 days right of return or exchange.

 

Payment

 

By credit/debit card: State your VISA, EUROCARD, MASTERCARD, DELTA or SWITCH and SOLO number when ordering. The total cost of articles will be charged directly to your account. However, we do not charge your credit card until your goods leave our warehouse.
