Tracking your parcel
Improving your customer service: You can now track the progress of your parcel yourself. As soon as your parcel has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with the "Ident Code" of the parcel. Once the parcel has been scanned into the UK distribution hub (approx 24-48 hours after the email), you can enter your Ident Code to find out where it is.
