You've got 14 days right to return your goods.

Goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt with no questions asked. You can examine them at your leisure and see if it's how we described it and whether they are what you wanted. Goods should be returned in 'as new' condition along with the original packaging where applicable.

We’ll refund your money within 28 days, or exchange the item if you prefer. The only exceptions are: embroidered or engraved items; CDs, DVDs, video cassettes, software and books that are no longer sealed, custom-made tracks, sails etc., shore lines, halyards, sheets and hoses cut specially to your measurements and special orders executed at your request.
